Group Classes
Mat work classes - £60.
Reformer classes - £90.
Based on a block of 6 Sessions to follow term time dates.
* Pre booking is essential to guarantee a place, full payment secures your booking. Class sizes are limited.
* To book your place or register for the waiting list, view the class timetable then contact me to register for your preferred session day and time.

Private Sessions
One to One Sessions - £40
By appointment.
Particularly beneficial for those who are either new to Pilates, the Studio equipment, recovering from an injury/illness or simply as a boost to help regular participants gain maximum benefits in classes.

Corporate Packages -
Available upon request, these sessions are great team building exercises and have had excellent results in corporations with high levels of employee sickness and or low morale. Please contact me
to discuss your requirements.
Semi Private sessions -
Perfect for small groups of friends or couples wishing to exercise together.
