Classes run in term-time blocks and tend to fill up very quickly usually by people wishing to keep their place from a previous block. If you are interested in coming along to the next block of sessions, please fill in the contact form stating which sessions you would prefer to attend along with your preferred contact email (work emails tend to get rejected) and I will then add you to the waiting list for those sessions. You should also ensure that you subscribe to the newsletter and you will receive class dates for the upcoming blocks.

I do not offer pay as you go or taster sessions. Private 1:1 sessions can be booked prior to booking a block if preferred.

**** Please do accept my sincere apologies if you have been trying to get a class or appointment booked in with me. I always give priority to current block members for the next block, as sessions are progressive this just makes sense for them to keep their class if wanted. After the cut-off/payment date shown in the block newsletter, I then contact those on the waiting list to offer any spaces.

Although it does look like there’s lots of space available from the timetable, I am super busy with Private group classes and individual appointments in between what is shown on there, as well as having a very busy home life, I am trying to get back to you all asap, I promise. ***
